Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method. However, we cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
To prevent loss or damage during a return, please do not reject the delivered e-bike. Instead, receive the package first and contact us immediately at info@huntingebikesdirect.com. We will arrange for UPS or FedEx to pick up the product directly from your location. A partial refund, deducting the applicable shipping costs, will be issued to the original payment method after the product is successfully returned.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth process.
Return Policy
We accept returns on products, provided they are in 100% new and re-sellable condition. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The merchandise must not be assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged in any way.
- All components, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional materials, and original packaging, must be included.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned bikes, deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for initiating the return shipment to the appropriate warehouse (US/AU/EU/UK) within 7 calendar days of delivery and covering the shipping costs.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product within 5 business days.
- If the product is not in its original condition as outlined, the refund request will be denied.
- If the product meets the return requirements and the issue is attributable to Hunting E-Bikes Direct, we will issue a full refund minus the 10% restocking fee.
- If the issue is attributable to the customer, we will deduct both the original shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee before issuing the remaining refund.
Attributable Reasons
- Customer-Attributed Issues:
- Incorrect or unwanted product ordered.
- Product shipped back without prior authorization.
- Damage incurred during the return shipping process.
- Hunting E-Bikes Direct-Attributed Issues:
- Incorrect product shipped.
- Product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Damage incurred during outbound shipping.
Refund Policy
Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank as there may be a processing delay.
