Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is canceled, you will get the full refund through the original payment route. while we cannot cancel the order if the product already has been shipped out. Moreover, To prevent loss or damage when return, please do do not reject the delivered ebike, and do receive the package first, then contact us via Livechat / Phone / Email immediately, we will call the UPS/FedEx to pick up door to door and take it back. The left refund that has deducted the certain shipping cost will be applied to the original card used in the transaction. Appreciated for your kindly cooperation in advance.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept a return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 calendar days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return,customers must receive the product in 100% new, Re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories,promotional material, and in the original packaging.Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 calendar days after the delivery date, and pay for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouses located in the US/AU/EU/UK. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition according to Clause, we will refuse a refund.If the returned products are in original condition according to Clause, and the reasons attributable to the EUNORAU, we will agree to refund the full paid amount, while the reasons attributable to the Customer, we need to deduct the shipping cost first, then the left part will be refunded.
* Annotation:
1) The reasons attributable to the Customer if:
- Customer placed wrong order or purchased wrong/unwanted product ect.
- The product was shipped back without admittance from EUNORAU.
- The product was damaged when shipping back.
2) The reasons attributable to the EUNORAU if:
- Eunorau shipped out the incorrect product;
- The product shipped was damaged or defective;
- The product was damaged in shipping out.
Refunds (if applicable)
Progress time: 1-3 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Returns of New and Unused Items Within 15 Days:
- Full refund is available. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility: $200 for bikes, $30 for batteries, $15 for all other products.

Returns of Used Items (0-10 Miles):
- Items with 0-10 miles on the odometer can be returned within 15 days for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
- Himiway will provide necessary replacement parts and repair guidance. If the customer cannot or prefers not to perform the repair, they may send the bike to Himiway’s U.S. operation center for repairs. The customer will bear the shipping costs to and from the center.

Over 10 Miles:
- Returns are not accepted for bikes with more than 10 miles.
- Within the warranty period, Himiway will provide replacement parts and repair guidance. If the customer cannot or prefers not to perform the repair, they may send the bike to Himiway’s U.S. operation center for repairs. The customer will bear the shipping costs to and from the center.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Original Packaging Required
All returns must include original packaging, be free of wear, dirt, and damage, and include all items (battery, charger, keys, etc.).
- Customers should retain the original packaging.
- If new packaging is required for a return, the customer will be responsible for packaging material fees and return shipping costs: $100 for bike packaging.
4. Refund
Once Himiway's warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method.
Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted on the account after two days it has been issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us.

DIRWIN BIKE RETURNS | UNITED STATES
What is “Free Returns” Coverage? When You opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Returns, Refunds and Restocking Fees. Dirwin Bike believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all components, accessories and ebikes sold by Dirwin Bike. Note: All returns require the original packaging supplies and shipping box. Bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches, and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received them, and must include all items in the box (battery, charger, keys, hardware, etc.).
- Returns of New Items Within 15 Days of Receipt. We allow you to return any item in new condition (bikes must have less than 5 miles on the odometer to be considered new) within 15 days from delivery date for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless a shipping error occurred. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.
- Returns of Used Items. Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 15 days from the delivery date, subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer. Dirwin Bike will not accept returns for any ebike with 20 or more miles on the odometer.
Return Shipping Costs. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Initiating a Return
- To start the return process, please contact us at Info@HuntingEbikesDirect.com Please note, HuntingEbikesDirect does not accept returns after 15 days from the delivery date.
- Written approval from HuntingEbikesDirect prior to the return is required. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returning a bike without Dirwin Bike’s prior consent means risking losing the bike. If you accidentally sent the bike to us without consent you must bear the shipping fee to get it returned to you.
- HuntingEbikesDirect will provide a pre-paid shipping label which must be used for the product return.
If these conditions are not met HuntingEbikesDirect and Dirwin bike will not accept returns, but you will be able to enjoy our 24-month hassle-free warranty.
Note: If a customer decides to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by HuntingEbikesDirect and Dirwins Team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. Dirwin Bike will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accidents to the shipment arranged by the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Fashionable wear (hats, etc)
- All accessories
- Special orders
- Used items except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction
Shipping Procedure
For accepted returns, Dirwin will provide you the authorization and shipping labels. Please ship the bike only after receiving these details from Dirwin. After shipping a return please provide us with the tracking-number of the delivery.
Upon receiving your return, HuntingE-BikesDirect will organize a return or refund the purchase amount to you within 2 business days. If you do not receive the return after 2 days from approval please check your bank and credit card accounts since it might take some time before the refund shows on your account. If after checking your account you don’t see the return please contact us at Info@HuntingEbikesDirect.com
and we will be glad to help solve the issue.
Refused Shipments – Flat Fee. If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $250 per ebike to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $250. Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Dirwin of any shipment refusal. Failure to do so will cause a significant delay in the receipt of your refund for any refused items.
Battery Returns. Due to DOT restrictions, battery purchases are non-returnable. High-capacity lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions prohibit consumer's ability to return batteries via shipping carriers.
